How the Search Works
1. Explore the Map
Zoom into the area you want to explore and select a price marker or cluster. Use Redo Search in Map when you want results for the area shown.
2. Set Broad Criteria
Select More Filters to choose a location, price, bedrooms and other preferences, then Apply Filters. The starting search includes houses, condos and townhomes, ordered by newest listings, with no city or price restriction.
3. Build a Shortlist
Compare listing details and note questions that require a showing, document review or local context.
4. Contact Austin
Share the listing link or address and what you want to understand. Availability and listing status must be confirmed in the live system.
